Founded in 2013, B7 Construction has prided itself on quick mobilization and efficient craftsmanship. We are able to achieve our goals by self-performing many trades. These include demolition, concrete, structural work, and finishing. We also have a trusted and licensed network of specialty contractors that we work closely with and utilize when required.

Pre-Construction
Have an approved permit and need a contractor? We're here. Have only an idea and in need of a rough estimate? That's okay, too. Regardless of which stage your project is in, B7 Construction is available to meet and discuss your options.
Construction Management
B7 Construction's experienced staff is fully equipped to work directly with owners regarding development costs, scheduling, site management, purchasing strategies, and administrative requirements.
Structural and Finishing
From breaking ground through the final inspection, B7 Construction will be involved in making sure your project is completed per plan. We self-perform trades such as structural concrete, framing, drywall, flooring, painting, fixture installation, and any other scope of work that does not require a specialty license, like plumbing or HVAC requirements.
